	QA Engineer
	(Base at Thunder Print Sdn Bhd, Sungai Petani)
	Your Job Role :
	To monitor and analyze customer complaints related to product issues, drive improvements across stakeholders, and take actions against non-compliance. To propose, lead, and execute quality improvement opportunities, including process audits and maintaining business continuity programs. To monitor product quality and implement improvement plans across departments to achieve targets and manage defects effectively. To initiate, coordinate, and drive quality improvement activities and system enhancements. To ensure compliance with the Quality System and communicate customer requirements throughout stakeholders. To assist the Quality Manager in developing, implementing, maintaining, and improving quality strategies and plans to support the organization's annual business plan and long-term strategy.
	Job Requirements:
	Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline. 3–5 years of working experience in Quality or Quality Assurance, preferably within a manufacturing environment. Skills & Abilities: Proficient in 8D Report, CAPA, problem-solving, failure analysis, and internal and external auditing. Knowledge: Good knowledge of GMP, ISO 9001, and SEDEX requirements. Added Advantage: Professional certification in Quality Management, such as Certified Quality Auditor (CQA) or Lead Auditor certification. For inquiries, please contact HR at 012-559 4405.
