Senior Maintenance Engineer / Assistant Maintenance Manager (Maintenance Lead)
(Base at Taman Ria Jaya, Sungai Petani)


Your Job Role :
  • Lead the maintenance team, providing both reactive and proactive maintenance services across operational equipment and facility infrastructure.
  • Oversee the maintenance schedule, ensuring work is completed on time and in line with standards.
  • Drive improvements in site operational effectiveness, including project delivery, reducing downtime, and increasing mean time between failures.
  • As Mentor and guide the maintenance team on technical best practices, establishing standard policies and procedures.
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives, including modern manufacturing principles, and address deficiencies through training, process adjustments, and working practices.


    • Job Requirements:
  • 5 to 7 years experiences as Maintenance Supervisor / Maintenance Engineer / Equipment Engineer.
  • Skills: Equipment inspection & repairing (Electrical & Electronic 's troubleshooting).
  • Technologically savvy & capable of understanding complex machinery & facilities functions.
  • Proficient in using diagnostic tools, documentation & presentation skills.
